Our take

Our verdict
The Belkin BoostCharge Pro 65W is the easiest charger here to plan around, because Belkin publishes exactly what happens when both ports are used: 45W for the laptop and 20W for the phone. Belkin's UK page states USB-C PD 3.0 with PPS, which matters for Samsung Galaxy phones' fastest charging modes. Skip it if you need a USB-A port or a full 65W for the laptop while the phone charges. The variant trap: Belkin sells this charger with UK, EU and US plugs under similar names; the listing we checked gives model WCH013myBK and plug Type G. Its title does not mention PPS, so we rely on Belkin's page for that.
Using it well
For the full 65W, use one port only; Belkin's footnote says the full single-port output needs the second port free. A good 3A USB-C cable is enough for this charger, because at 20V that allows 60W.
FAQ
Does PPS matter for iPhones?
No. iPhones fast-charge over USB PD; PPS matters mainly for phones that use it, such as many Samsung Galaxy models.
Is a cable included?
The listing's components line says one adapter, so plan on using your own cable.
